New Terrain...

This is what my art looks like at 3:30am looking at Picasso and Jenny Saville. A sketch done in my journal. After being freaked out by Saville glanced over at my notebook and saw the reading light creating this texture of a drawing I casually wiggled out.

Figure drawing done at in Virginia's class at Sharon Art Studio. This is a really large drawing... i will post the measurements soon. The model was incredible... one of the best I have ever drawn. Show did poses as she took off her clothes!!!

Reportage in Oakland (Day of Protests in California)

This is a reportage drawing I captured of the "Day of Protest" at Frank Ogawa Plaza in Downtown Oakland today. Lots of angry people showed up to a peaceful protest against budget cuts in the schools.
