Quick drawing and painting

This was a really fun work of one of my 8th grade students at work. I've been learning how to get in some of my own drawing and painting while they are working. I've found that not only does it help me but it also adds to the energy of the class. They really enjoy seeing me at work and they study how I work. I wonder what that experience is like for them because most of my instructors of the past (except my mentor) hardly ever worked in class, not sure if this was because they didn't know how to do it or because they were not confident in they're work.
